The new i7's are not supported in RealTemp with VID, which is a dam pain in the butt mad.gif

Looks like new i5 2500k's are not supported in RT with VID either frown.gif There was nothing about it in RealTemp, only found the VID in Core Temp.

Core Temp works better in every way:

1. Clear, compact layout
2. Shows VID
3. Shows wattage
4. Emergency shutdown works
5. Temp color coding!

I have now reduced to +0.025 and the system has passed the stability test.
But, by reducing to +0.025, what should I get in return? Lower temp.? Lower Vcore under load? Lower idle Vcore?

You forgot to make mention of the filth it installed with it. tool bars, & spyware included in this filthy little package.
Before people jump on me & say it was already installed by some other program... CoreTemp is the only program I have installed atm, as I am trying to get the offset correct.

Had to run spybot SnD to get rid of the filth it left
