[Vortez] Lucid Virtu MVP (advantage of MVP start to surface) - Page 13

Well, there is one thing I found out using MVP.

You do not need to activate in-game VSync to get VSync effect.

Activating MVP VSync does the same job tho.

its on ONE gigabyte motherboard, that costs twice as much as the asus P8Z77 which has the feature as well (all asus versions of their mobo has it)

its on almost all gigabyte boards which you would buy for OC, including D3H and UD3H, and M3, and Z77MX-D3H(which is probably really cheap) and up, and no gigabyte board costs twice as much as that asus(that could be almost $400), what prices are you looking at? Last i checked tiger irect was selling the UD5H which has MVP for only $215, and that price isn't correct, but you can google shopping it. Ever heard of price gauging? You are the most uninformed hater i have ever come across.

update not all the time it will be in over 100 but in conquest metro in certain areas it will.

Thanks for taking the time and also for knowing the tilde Render.DrawFps 1 in BF3 !

Doubters will doubt, those withouter's will shout, it seems like a bout, but the truth will win out. ;-)

From what I know and then also gleaned in the article etc, ordinarily there are many wasted frames rendered and parts of frames rendered that never show up on screen (covered by the top layer of final rendering), so what happens with the frame rate is that this Virtu MVP is ...

*** reporting frames that it kept from being rendered as rendered anyway, and the frame counter is counting those ! ***

My analysis is the higher frame count is inflated to a degree, but efficiency is increased and there is logically some improvement in actual frame count that reaches the screen and a smoothing factor as well.

This is like a smart driver offload to the cpu's gpu core that makes it do some work on increasing efficiency in the rendering.

There's a lot of content to digest here. From what I can gather, D-mode works better but I wonder if this works with Eyefinity or Nvidia Surround?

Ok, so does anyone, and I mean anyone at all, like the bloody brained bot chic - I mean talk about ugly for an avatar...

I just keep the don't show box checked so I don't have to see that disgusting thing at all.

If they changed that I'd actually like their Virtu. I look at it and wonder what the heck were they thinking...

I take it this was directed towards my question?
