with price slashed @ ebuyer UK Also strange u stated USB 3.0 as a prereq but picked out a mobo w/o one tongue.gif Anyway a USB 3.0 front port casing and perhaps for an AMD alternative:

thank you for your reply, rep up.

i will look for a usb 3.0 mobo

I was hoping that an AMD alternative would be much more affordable... but it looks like it is only to be 30 pound less. is the website you used better than amazon?

so if AMD is not coming out to be much cheaper then should i stick with sandybridge?

Well you'd be better off with the Sandy if u had more CPU intensive chores in mind but the graphics is better in the Llano (and tested good to go with MadVR highest setting by the peeps at AVS HTPC forums) so it's your call ^^ Actually there some stuff cheaper at the Zon so perhaps mix and match when shopping thumb.gif

I would go with llano. The a8 has about the same price, MUCH better graphics and just as good cpu (good for different things thou, i3 gaming (thou not with intelhd) the a8 for encoding and coverting and stuff like that) to tell the turth thou i would get an AMD A4. plays 1080p like a dream, $65. I can put you together a build for much less that meets requirments.

APU-AMD A4 3300-$65 cpu is weak but good enough and gpu plays 1080p like a dream
Mobo-biostar a75mh-$70 yet with hdmi and usb3, per your requirments
Ram-patriot sector 5 8gb (2x4gb) 1600mhz-$40 bandwidth is important with these apus

Now pick your favorite case, an optical drive and hard drive.

A fast and cheap 1tb i would recomend is the seagate barracuda st1000dm003. (one tb per platter!)
