From my experience with Dell, I would pass if I were you. Dell although okay, gave me a few troubles when I bought my first laptop (Dell Studio XPS 13). Not the greatest quality computer, and the hard drive died when it fell from my desk. I would recommend another brand.

However, I know in Europe that laptops cost a lot more than in the US. From what I have seen, 5000 Euro is a steal for laptops with dedicated graphics. I don't know how good AMD mobile CPUs are, but a quadcore that has a max of 2.4GHz doesn't sound bad at all. The only downside I see is the battery life. AMD isn't as good as Intel when it comes to battery life, and I can easily see that laptop getting a battery life of less than 5 hours. Also you should try to find more information, because it doesn't tell you the screen resolution and contrast and a bunch of other little things that make a laptop good.

ALSO LOOK AT SOME REVIEWS!! Don't just buy something because it has good specs. I learned my lesson and never will again. What should really matter is the quality of the laptop.

Info on the graphics that you should look at:
http://www.notebookcheck.net/AMD-Radeon-HD-6620G.54675.0.html
http://www.notebookcheck.net/AMD-Radeon-HD-6470M.43075.0.html

Buy or no buy? Well, now that I have a passion against Dell products, I would say no. But if I decide to overloook the brand this one time, a laptop with those specs in Europe is hard to come by.

If that is a dual graphics crossfire system I would steer way clear, I had an A8 with the same type of deal and the drivers are dreadful. I'm not sure if there have been improvements but I'm never going AMD again as far as mobile graphics are concerned. That said, the gaming performance was great after you dealt with the fuss.

And as a counterpoint to the above, I've owned many Dell laptops over the years and none have given me problems. Clean the heatsink(s) monthly and treat the machine with care and it'll last you. A fall from the desk with kill most, if not all, harddrives. Even machines with driveguard won't be able to withstand the impact of a desk fall unless the notebook is designed to be rugged.
