these 2 are possibilities as well but a little more pricey and i believe the static pressure is lower not sure.

I would recommend these Cooler Master Excalibur a bit pricey but they are great,

OR

Try these XtraFlo 120 Red LED. But I believe they are only available in red.

<25 Db even at max speeds is what im trying to achieve the fans i posted above rival that of these fans in terms of CFM but i read that you need higher pressure to cool rad's

Trust me the excalibur is very good if not great for rad's, and it is not that noisy I have two in the wife's PC.

It is a pitty but try to find these (note the exact model number) CoolerMaster 120mm Silent Blue LED Fan

They are not the same as SickleFlow 120 2000 RPM Blue LED

If you are going for fans to cool a rad, you should be in the water cooling section. In particular, this.

 

I have found that wiggly blades are just a waste. They don't add anything. And don't forget the XSPC fans.
