The Novatech one does aswell. Just replace the stock heatsink. Its a higher spec board with better RAM.

I would quite like the idea of 8 gigs or ram just to future proof the machine a bit more as I am in Uni for another 3 years so will have no money to do more

I got the Asrock Extreme4 Gen3 z68 board which is about the same price as the sabertooth, and I've found it a good board myself. The Sabertooth is a very good board also, pick whichever you like the look of best.
I picked the Corsair Dominator cl9 1600 set, 2x4GB sticks for about 40 quid or so, works well.
Definitely go Intel, you can afford it, and it offers the absolute best performance for the money.

The Corsair H60 is a good little cooler, and will keep a 2500k happy at most clocks. The upgraded H80 is good if you really want to push it.

Corsair H80 : 75 quid
Dominators: 45 quid
2500K : 160 pounds
Which leaves 120 pounds for a board before shipping costs. The P8Z68-V Pro Gen3 looks a nice choice too.

This is being paid by birthday money! An SSD will be a future buy. Right now I just want to get the system up and running so I can get back to gaming
