They got a 4.3% increase in 3dMark 06 using a GTX 560 ti White Edition with VirtuMVP enabled. And yes, it essentially adds the on-board graphics chipset to your discrete GPU. Not sure if it is adding the clock speeds together or if it's working in some sort of dual-gpu deal.
