HD 6770 Droped fps = jump

Hello, again. Can't google up anything about this issue, so I wan't to post it here and know, maybe some of you guys had a familiar problem.

When I play skyrim on my system, I get 60+ fps on settings like, 8x TF, 0x AA, FXAA on, High Textures, Medium Blur, Medium Shadows and High particles, other didn't do much of a difference. My monitor is a 60hz LCD 1280x1024. - This is just for you guys to know, for you not to ask questions about what specs and settings I have smile.gif

Here's the thing, I've got 60 fps everywhere, but in woods it drops a few time due to shadows, I know 4 fps is not a big loss, but IT does this frustrating JUMP. What I see is not a slower gameplay, but a freaking jump. When I was playing on my onboard 4250, 30 fps looked to be super smooth, but 30 fps on my 6770 is some sort of jumpamania ;D. As far as I know it suppose to slow down and become a little less fast picture, but I get jumping from one place to another. I have to use SBW - simple borderless window mod, because then i look down and up, my picture is jumping too, everything looked choppy. Now when I use SBW at least that was gone. And why V-Sync makes my games super slow and jumpy too? D:

Thank you in advance.

Did you uninstall your previous drivers and install the latest from the AMD website for your graphics card?

Yes I did.

Try checking the integrity of the steam game files for Skyrim. Right click the game>Properties>Local Flies>Verify integrity of game cache. Also, if there is fragmentation on the games files, you could run a defrag straight from that window by selecting "defragment cache files".
