Frozen "pots" on a FC-2

Thread Starter
I have 4 FC-2's, two are working fine but the other 2 have some frozen pots on them (the knob you turn to adjust speed) I have had them under 3 years.Purchased from either DangerDen or Sidewinder (that is the problem,no records) I ask if Lamptron has a policy about getting mine fixed or replaced.Perhaps a link?

I am out of luck with Lamptron RMA.They require proof of purchase and warranty is only 1 year.Perhaps Lamptron should take a look at the Corsair customer support model.
