hyper 212 evo
kingston hyperx 1600

my memory is 1.65v but the mobo wont let me change their 1.5v setting is this ok?
turbo boost does not work
and as i OC past 4 ghz my fpu bench (raytracing) goes down
is this possibly because of my power supply?

PSU? No. FPU Bench crashes? that's probably because you're low on voltage. I don't think your system draws more than 371 watts which is where your PSU can fail as according to review I linked below. It will cause you to add more voltage than you need compared to a WELL-REVIEWED solid power supply.

I think you should read up more so you can push it higher clocks.
  1. Read some guides
  2. I would return that PSU. It has a trashy review. It won't necessarily explode but it's a bad unit.
Look up reviews. I'm guessing it's the Cooler Master eXtreme Power 460w <-- which gets totally destroyed in HardwareSecret's review of it. It fails after exceeding some wattage lower than 460w in the test. Not that your system draws that much power. But why buy a bad PSU? Get a CX430 v2 or something recommended by PSUCalc which you can find in the Power Supply forums here. Very good information there.
  3. I know most of the Kingston HyperX Series runs at 1.65v stock. Not 1.5v.
