The XSPC EX360 performs very well for there thinner radiator core, however the Black Ice GT Stealth radiators are more restrictive than most making your pump work harder so make sure you have a strong pump. The XSPC EX Series get's my vote.

If I were to guess I would say the EX series are better than the Black Ice... DEPENDING ON FAN SPEEDS. Fast fans would likely work best for these low-profile radiators but if you're wanting low-speed fans I have no idea which would be better.

Are you planning on running those Gentle Typhoons at max speed? If so, I'd expect the black ice to perform better, it's higher FPI is optimized for faster fans. The Black Ice Xtreme would be even better, and it's only ~5mm thicker than the EX360 at the same price as the Black Ice Stealth radiators. It's their older version, I run one in one of my setups and it works quite well.
