I think there wont problem with that mobo if you use last 2 channels if you have tall memories and for that heatsink Cooler master haf 912 is cheap and big enough for that NH D14 biggrin.gif

Funnily enough ive been looking at the Coolermaster HAF 912 Plus for a while now as i think it looks better than the Sharkoon i have and fancied a change so i will now replace the case with this as i now know the cooler will fit in it.

Although i am using all the 6 memory slots on my motherboard (3x1GB & 3x 2GB) Corsair XMS3, i wouldn't have thought that they would pose a problem in height as the heatsinks are not tall with the likes of the Corsair Vengeance and dominator models?

xsm3 if they are like my xsm2 they´ll fit with space

Yeah they look the same as they just about cover the memory module like the XMS2.

On another note my ram speeds are DDR3 1333 with a CAS Latency of 9-9-9-24 and 1.5V, could these be a problem with over clocking due to the speed of the ram i have or would it be neccessary to upgrade to faster ram?

with CPU ocing by FSB/bclk will increase mem speed with multiplier OCing wont increase mem frecuency

Stay away from Arctic Cooling heatsinks. They do not do well in reviews. My Freezer Pro 7 taught me to do my homework.

The D14 is a fantastic cooler. Make sure you get one with PWM fans, since you mb can only fully control PWM fans.

A better bet would be the Silver Arrow, which comes with two TY-140's, the best 140mm fan. Also, it's less expensive. OTOH, you need low profile RAM to fit a TY-140 in the front push position of this heatsink. On the gripping hand, you didn't fall for marketing hype, right? You already know that more than low profile is unnecessary, right?

Sounds like you're looking at a fine case.

Your 920 can be a hot chip. With a top-rate heatsink you will not be heat-limited.
