Changed to new case and SSD junctions got screwed, help!

So I followed the guide on how to do junctions making another profile etc., going to safe mode and changing regedit to link my SSD (C:) to my Caviar Black (E:). I've been happily using my SSD for around 2 weeks now.
I changed to another case today and some of the cables got rewired and my SSD got plugged into a different SATA port and when I booted up my computer my drive names were all different.

I had previously done the junction to my E:, but that drive was renamed to H:. Before any of this, windows told me to repair which I did, which i think ****ed up my junctions entirely ie, it wasn't recognizing ANYTHING and was not recognizing any programs installed. What I did was make a new profile, did the safe mode thing again for that profile and pointed everything to H:. Using the new profile now, it shows I have programs installed again, but somethings aren't, like Chrome and a few other things which I had to reinstall. My question is, is the new profile messed up now? Do I have to reformat and start from scratch?

Thanks. I'm freaking out.

Re-assign the drive letters in disk management; Start/ right click "computer"/ manage / disk management.

Right click the drive / change drive letter.

If your junctions got blown out, you'll have to start over.
