i Would Suggest keeping the CPU, MOBO, and PSU. Get 8 gigs of ram upgrade her case to something like this Get a 6950/6970 and water cool the CPU with a Rasa 240 kit and maybe water cool the GPU. then Wait a few months and wait for ivory
EDIT**** Also you can get the 480 the member above said but if you do that you should water cool it

I stopped reading at the post saying she already has an i7 860. She needs no processor upgrade. Get her a better GPU, possibly a SSD, a case if she wants new appeal, etc. But in no way does she need a completely new rig.
