awesome one more question. i downloaded some videos in blu ray quality will that quality be affected?

i think this card will suffice.
(if your not gaming)

1GB DDR3, Decent GPU, 2 HD outputs (DVI and HDMI) 45$

after this post, i'll leave you alone.

Check craigslist.org

narrow the search down to video card or graphics card.
there sure to be a cheap 20$ pci-e card on there

What?DVI can carry audio.I've had my old ATI HD 3850(Which only has 2 DVI's & an S-Video output)connected to my HDTV.
With the DVI to HDMI adapter that came with the card.

Yes, somewhat. From what i see you owned a 6850. which is a pretty nice card.
Cheap cards, though they say max resolutions are 2560 x 1600 or whatever
might have some trouble giving you good quality Blu ray video.

How much are you willing to spend on a card?
ALSO, this is a PCI-e card we are talking about right?

I have personally never used DVI for audio, but i have read multiple posts
that say they can not.
