As someone suggested on the first page, i re-applied the thermal paste and added 3 120mm Thermaltake (not very good but still useful) fans, which lowered the temperatures for like 8-6c. It was stable on 3.8GHz 1.4v, NB 2200 1.1v, but then this morning i said what the hell and increased the multiplier to 20x 4GHz and tried to test it but after like 30 minutes i opened a website with a little flash in it and everything started to crash first skype and prime95 then googletalk and i kind of figured it's not stable So i did a restart and increased the voltage to 1.425 and now it's passing it's second hour in prime95, also temperature while doing test in prime95 varies from 48-50 sometimes 52 but very rarely (i guess that's because sometimes it doesn't stress every component fully at the same time).
Also i noticed in HWMonitor on my motherboard it reports i have 3 temperature sensors. First two sensors indicate temperatures of 30c and 45c while doing the prime95 test and correspond to the temperatures in my bios. But the third sensor reports temperature of 81c. The thing that scares me is that sometimes this temperature is 80c. There is no such sensor reported in my bios, and after changing all these clocks and voltage it doesn't change it's temperature. Also this temperature was always present ever since i bought this motherboard and that is like 1 and a half year ago and then i didn't overclock anything, everything was on its default clocks and voltages. Now thinking logically i don't understand if this temperature accurate how could it endure such high temperature for so long. The one other thing that comforts me is that my friend also has a sensor that displays -147c but then again it's a different motherboard.
Also about adding those 3 fans, 2 of them are intake, one from the front of the case one on the side and the last one is the top/back outake fan.

i think blend, small or large ffts is fine as long as you run it for at least 12 hours without errors
50c does sound high considering you have a dh 14 , my 955 is reaching 50c max temp at 4 ghz with a hyper 212+ so i would make sure you installed it properly , and have good case airflow . but those temps are safe MAX temps are 62c
leave the fsb at stock and use the multiplier , but make sure you overclock the northbridge as well
i would be very careful overclocking a with budget motherboard it likely cant handle alot of voltage
