Issues with Xonar DX

I've recently run into an issue with my Xonar DX. Recently when I've been folding, I hear a loud whine coming from the speakers. It only happens when the speakers are plugged into the Xonar DX and stops when unplugged or moved to the onboard audio. During WoW, I play with the sound unchecked. I can hear a low buzzing sound when not in loading screens. Every time a loading screen pops up it goes away, but as soon as I'm back in the game it reappears. I also believe the volume is low as I can turn my speakers all the way up and not get more than a comfortable audio level (odd). When the Xonar software is installed, I get an occasional message about the power being unplugged even though the power is plugged in. I've tried moving it to a different slot on the motherboard and checking connections and nothing seems to fix the issue. I really can't think of what happened to cause this. I do have an SLI setup and recently I recovered a Raid 0 array (not my main drive) and had to re-seat one of my GTX 570s due to it causing graphical errors. Any help outside of replacing the card would be helpful at this point. I have an Cosair AX850 for the power supply and other than fans cannot hear any other sources of noise.

I have heard that the antennas on wireless network cards or wireless USB devices within close proximity to your sound card can cause the problem that you described.

Forgot about this thread. After searching online for a solution, I read a lot about impending power supply failure attached to the whine. I dismissed it as an odd connection as I wasn't having power supply issues. Sure enough within the week, my Corsair AX850 died for all intensive purposes. All I get now is a quick "click-click" sound like it turns on and shuts off within a short second. I've ordered a new power supply for testing and I guess we'll just see what happens.
