Need some Help

Thread Starter
I am having some issues with OverClocking (i am a complete Noob).

hardware:
asus P8Z68-V Pro mobo
Patriot Division 2 Viper Xtreme DDR3 PC3-12800 1600MHz 16gb
Intel i7 3.4 GHz 2600k unlocked CPU
EVGA GTX 560 TI DS
Corsair H60 CPU water cooler
Antec Truepower 1000w PSU

I have been using the Asus Auto Tuning and I am only able to get speeds up around 4.5 GHz, anything over that my VCORE exceeds 1.4 and has even jumped to 1.5 and CPU temps climp up to about 150 degrees Fahrenheit.

I would also like to OverClock my Video card, I have used MSI Afterburner and havent had much luck.

any help or advice would be GREATLY appreciated.

Someone mentioned that I should be using the BIOS to OverClock.

Thank you in advance
