Wow that looks crazy. Good idea with those sinks all over the compressor and in the path of airflow. How do you plan on mounting that to the CPU?

Why not beef up the compressor and run helium in it. Helium has a boiling point of about 2-4 kelvin. Which is like -270c!

The idea is just to try...

I dont know what to do with the other unit, anyone want to buy it maybe?

I think these orginally ran helium, they are meant for use about 2K... I want to stick my FX right at 0C and see how she runs there, then go for death freeze on it p

The reason fo rthe 6600's... this rig was built to process huge data, it runs a CNC mill right now, but it's just easier to experiment on.
