My Super model was shipped from Korea yesterday, and is out for a delivery with a courier today. That's pretty darn impressive!

The camera is obviously overexposed ,and running at a high ISO to make sure that the problematic areas are shown.

It's only $200 in Korea? I'm going there in 3 weeks. Any suggestions on how to get one and bring it back with me to the U.S.?

I thought it was closer to $250. I would imagine you can walk into a store and pick one up then either ship it back or pack light and put it in your baggage. The free trade agreement should negate any issues with customs so I wouldn't try to hide it.

I looked up shipping via UPS and FedEx; unfortunately, it costs an arm and a leg. Sinter, could you please provide me with the measurements of the box? I'd really appreciate it.

Despite free trade, you'll need to claim it as purchased while in the country and pay atleast some sort of tax on it (atleast, that is my understanding)

Assistance Requested!

The USPS has lost track of my PB2700 right after it cleared customs. For reasons known only to God and the USPS they insist upon having the Shipper's Name and Address in order to file a (physical) search request. Does any one know the real name and address that the "Cool-guys" on ebay uses to ship their items?

Thanks,
Rob

Sorry to hear that! You should Email "Cool-guys" explaining the problem and asking them for the information required,, May GOD help you!
Also it's better to post your problem as a 'thread" so more people can see it !!

My PB2700 Super showed up today, one day after being shipped from Korea. Amazing!

What's better is that I have not one dead or stuck pixel. thumb.gif

As expected, there is only the DVI-D port on the super. The stand is still not fantastic (I'm sure it doesn't compare to the metal Monoprice stand), but there's no tilting issue with mine. There's no height adjustment or anything, but it'll do for my purposes.

Overall, it's a beautiful display! I'm a happy camper.

Well Mine left customs the day before and I have it set up. But it won't turn on. The green light to the power supply is on, and if I push the buttons the red light flashes. but the power button doesn't click like the others and seems to do nothing.
