Alright, this was what was suggested to me on EVGA forums:

Suggestion (Click to show)
"It is the location of the parts. What I would do. Move the Reservoir to the right of the motherboard. Move the Pump all the way to the bottom, then rotate the radiator on the bottom 90 degrees to the left so the inlet/outlet is on the left. Everything in your rig seems jammed to the left minus the bottom rad which is what makes it look the way it does. May also help to ditch the radiator mounted on the back of the case. With with all that you are cooling, it is not needed and I will be surprised if you even see a temperature difference. The tubing involved in that is not helping either. The shorter you can make the tubing, the more you can spread stuff apart, the less it looks messy. "

can you drain through a pump?
Like if I were to do TheJesus's 2nd pic but put my QDC's after the pump, before the rad, would the water drain from the res THROUGH the pump?:

I don't believe so, or if it does, it would be very slow. You should raise the res a little higher and place the QDC between it and the pump thumb.gif

You could turn the pump on for short bursts. Might not be the best thing to do for it though.

That wouldn't be an issue, but you'd run the risk of running it dry at the end :/

That is what I would worry. I have done that with my XSPC set up to help get the water through the loop. Just have to be careful. Your suggestion I think would be best.
