[BUILD LOG] Frost Giant - A Switch 810 Watercooling build - Page 9

Hey guys.
Just an opinion question:
I was planning on getting indigo xtreme thermal TIM for my build, but I'm wondering if you think that it's worth the trouble you go through to get it all set? Or would you recommend another thermal paste?
If you think another kind, I'd appreciate some input, as all I've used is AS5 which isn't as good as it used to be.
Thanks

Well, Indigo Xtreme is the top of the top when it comes to TIM... It's worth it if you think it's worth the cost for a few degrees cooler temps. smile.gif

Thanks man. I really appreciate the comments. I've never done a build log or shown off a build like this before, nor have I put in this much effort or $$ into a build like this. You don't know how much it means to me.

just fell back in love with this baby! Obviously I'm waiting till may when I begin the main build for some reviews, but if this thing overclocks well, then ASRock can have my money!

hey all, just checking in.
waiting with baited breath for the supposed release of Z77 tomorrow, although I'll need to wait at least a month to see if I like the MV Formula form asus, and maybe longer to see if they announce the Extreme version.
Also planning on using $100 in eBay credit toward another 580 classy for some SLI action, trying to find one listed that I can get below 400 after credit, so far cheapest is $500 (I got mine off ebay for $450), so I'm hoping one will come for less by May 2nd when the bucks run out...
