if yes where ?

Nope. 400R only has 120mm/140mm mounting holes. You'd have to mod it.

i dont understand why youd say it would look goofy on a 400r.
the only difference i see is the 400r has mesh and mounts for 2x 120/140 fans and the 500r door has a wider mesh to accommodate the 200mm fan.
btw, i filled in that mesh on my 500r after removing the 200 fan and cut holes for installing 2x 120 fans. those 2 fans are now filtered.
i still have no idea why corsair didnt put filters in this area anyway. thats a lot of space for dust to get into your case.
