OCZ ZS Series 750W for x fired 6950s

Thread Starter
Looking to see if I need to replace my PSU.

Currently I have a Coolmax CUG-700b.
Is that enough to run 2 x 6970, Phenom II x4 955?

If not what are the opinions on the OCZ ZS 750w? It comes out to $55 after rebate and discount....biggrin.gif

TIA

I have one and it ran Dual 560TI's in SLI. IDK about power consumption with the 6970 but if it's equal or less than my 560TI then it should be good to go. I actually got mine for $44 during black Friday last year so this is a good sale for what you get.

EDIT: I mean the OCZ ZS 750W..idk anything about the Coolmax.

The Coolmax is trash, the ZS is good and plenty for two 6970s, also a very good deal at 55$.

I was just coming from JGuru's site and noticed that the Coolmax got a 6 and they had a cap fly off during testing. redface.gifbiggrin.gif

Thanks guys, for $55...I think I'm gonna get it, before the rebate ends tomorrow. thumb.gif
