Sleeving Question : Motorcycle cable sleeving w/ paracord?

Thread Starter
I have a Bike, and it has many wiring gremlins, So I plan on getting rid of them once and for all, the easy way. Replace any sketchy wire, solder up some new connectors, etc...

I'd also like to sleeve the cables. How well would para cord hold up to an outdoor environment? It IS nylon, and made for outdoor use.

I'm Also just using plain-jane black 550 cord. So, it wont fade.

Opinions, success stories, warnings?

I feel that the wires would grow mildew as it would be able to retain some water.

I would look into a specialized sleeving @ techflex.com. I would try to find something more industrial.
Barry (furryletters on ebay) is a reseller for them and he is an aviation specialist with wireing and what not. Check out one of his listings, they have his number on it and give him a call. Explain what you want to do and he will hook you up with what you need.
