Ok im trying to decide what psu option I should go with. currently ive got a Seasonic 620w 80+ bronze certified. It is currently in my review bench. Im no psu guru so i figured i would get some feedback on my choices

System 1 specs
Asus Sabertooth 990FX
60gb ssd
FX 8120 OC 4.5ghz
8gb 2133 (OC to 2260)
GPU (lots lol ive run everything from 4890 crossifre to 570s and 470s ect ect)
Full CPU watercooling loop with dual 360mm rads

System 2 specs
(this will be my new workstation im building)
i7 of some sort i7 860 or ivy
matx or mitx board
5 mechanical hdds
16gb of 2133ram
GTX 460 2 win (dual gtx 460 card)
standard air cooling or small loop

Question 1
Will the 620w power System 2 without any issues or should I sell it and pick up a slightly larger unit

Question 2
I have looked at a few different PSUs for my bench as my site expands we expect to be doing multi card reviews so im looking for a 850-1kw psu since i have to pay for this out of pocket untill we pick up a PSU sponsor I dont want to spend alot so this is what im looking at ive heard mixed things about kingwin

Kingwin 1050w and 1000w modular (modular would be nice since its going on a bench)
1kw $129 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817121090
1050w $109 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817121070

Rosewill 1kw modular $129

Raidmax 850w 80+ gold $99

None of the units you linked is particularly good.... the Raidmax is a falsely advertised Andyson Nuclear unit, the Rosewill bronze is a rather average HighPower unit, while the Kingwins are also pretty average Super Flower units.... if you can afford a Lazer Platinum or Lazer Gold unit from Kingwin then by all means go for it... otherwise look elsewhere... more or less true for Rosewill as well... if you can affort a Lightning unit buy it, if not keep away.. all the other good units from Kingwin and Rosewill(Stryker, Absolute, Capstone, Hive, etc) don't come with such high output versions... and Raidmax is to be avoided altogether.

Pick one of these(the best priced premium units I could find on newegg):
X-Clio Stablepower Gold 1000W @ 171$ shipped, Enhance EPS internally(just like the Silverstone Strider Gold 1000), very good fully modular unit.
Lepa G900 @ 176$ shipped, Enermax Modu87+ internally.
OCZ ZX 850 @ 146$ shipped(after MIR)
PCP&C Silencer 910 @ 136$ shipped(after MIR), Seasonic S12D internally
XFX XXX 850 @ 147$ shipped(after MIR), same as above but modular.
