
Purple Haze Build Log Logo, Created in Blender 2.61 w/ Cycles
Hi Guys,
This is the official build log of my custom water-cooling and modding build; Purple Haze. This is my first build log, and also my first water-cooled PC, but I will give the best of my abilities and show you my progress. Since I still go to school this build could take upwards of a couple of months, so if you are interest to follow along, please to subscribe to not miss anything.

Layout and Colour Scheme:
I recently created another thread to gather the community's opinion on the layout of my rig, here is the link. Feel free to check it out if you like.
Before I started ordering my parts, I quickly created a 3D model of the colour scheme I will be using: Purple tubing and/or coolant (still undecided), gold plated CPU block, fittings and reservoir as well as white lighting, (I will probably add a purple LED strip also). From this picture you can also see the placement of the components, the pump is located in the bottom compartment of the 800d.
