Second monitor can't be changed to portrait mode

Is there a way to fix this or what software is there that will do it.

For some reason the area where you change landscape to portrait is shaded and I can't change it. mad.gif

Windows 7...... ATI card.

I got working....... Just had to mess around with settings in Creating and Arranging Desktops in the ATI control center.
