bad lamptron hummer 5-port

dear lamptron

can you explain the following. i bought a lamptron hummer 5port. and there are 2 fauls on it.

nr1 1bolt to hold the switch on its place is damaged
nr2 one of the bolts is thinner then the others

can this somehow be fixed? by sending in a new one?

If you just recently purchased this item you can RMA this to the store that you purchased from, if it is outside of the store warranty, you have up to a year to RMA the product through us directly.
