to be exact only 77% chances biggrin.gif check THIS out and if OP had AMD in Mind then he/She wont post in Intel section wink.gif just joking can be

Hey Tarun,
I must say a great build indeed.. Can't fault the choices at all, and you're right, I wouldn't post in the INTEL section if I was even thinking of AMD. No, never bothered about AMD .. always an Intel fan, as far a Processors are concerned.

Maybe a couple of changes would be switching the Corsair SSD with a Crucial M4.. think, it's better..
And like you said, investing a little on a better CPU cooler .. maybe the D14 .. smile.gif worth, going for, I think ..

yup for sure bt you got to extend your budget and add for £££ to it the M4 is £10 more so not a worry and the D14 is for £58.45 so total is then £1054.19 so about £55 out of your budget redface.gif
post #15 of 16
yet if you want the D14 and the M4 in ~1015$ budget the you have to go low on the motherboard, Case and the sound card (but you wont lose much of performance accept for the sound card frown.gif )something like

CPU:
Intel Core i5-2500K 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor (£166.98 @ Scan.co.uk)
CPU Cooler:
Noctua NH-D14 65.0 CFM CPU Cooler (£58.45 @ Ebuyer)
Motherboard:
ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard (£113.05 @ Amazon UK)
Memory:
Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (£32.00 @ Maplin Electronics)
Solid State Drive:
Crucial M4 128GB 2.5" Solid State Disk (£119.94 @ Scan.co.uk)
Hard Drive:
Seagate Barracuda 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (£57.99 @ Ebuyer)
Video Card:
Zotac GeForce GTX 560 Ti - 448 Cores 1.25GB Video Card (£198.89 @ Scan.co.uk)
Case:
NZXT Source 210 (White) ATX Mid Tower Case (£32.27 @ Scan.co.uk)
Power Supply:
OCZ 500W ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply (£47.55 @ Ebuyer)
Monitor:
BenQ G2222HDL 21.5" Monitor (£98.40 @ Dabs)
Operating System:
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (64-bit) (£70.73 @ Maplin Electronics)
Keyboard:
Gigabyte KM7580 Wireless Slim Keyboard w/Optical Mouse (£20.61 @ Dabs)
Total: £1016.86

i would really not get a Sound card unless m a really audiophile wink.gif

Hope that you like it thumb.gif
