I have a arctic f12 fan on the side of my pc but i cant control the speed.
I want to get a heatsink coz the stock is to loud
Im looking at the coolermaster 612 but the fan only shifts 54cfm
Could i put the arctic f12 on the front and the heatsink fan on the back in push pull?

You should get 612 PWM cooler or Hyper 212+ Evo. Both are amazing low budget cooler and both come with a fan that will more than cooler the heatshink. Both are also PWM so noise can be minimized.

EDIT: yes you can put that fan you want on both coolers.

You can also try the Freezer i30 for the case fan. It is also from arctic cooling so it shouldnt have any problem to fit it in that heatsink.

You can use a case fan on a CPU heatsink. I replaced a failed 120 mm PWM fan on my Xigmatek HDT-S1283 CPU heatsink with a 1200 RPM Scythe case fan. It was an emergency fix, but has worked well enough that I haven't changed it in over two years.
