Hey thats my mobo To answer your question yes but only 3x8 and 1x4 because one of the 1gb ethernets uses the PCIe also. The board is pretty good but my max FSB is only 445. I can go higher with Clockgen but if you want to go over 4.5ghz with a 10x multi its a little tricky.

To clarify:
You have 4 slots with this mobo but when you use all 4 of the slots it drops you down to the following:
Slot_0: PCIe x8 mode
Slot_1: PCIe x8 mode
Slot_2: PCIe x4 mode
Slot_3: PCIe x8 mode

As for performance with the modded Sli drivers I should post the top 3DMark scores again next week (NCSA pulled ahead temporarilly ). My Chilly is going in for mods but my Mach II comes back from the mod shop on Monday.

You are a serious overclocker dude. So running 3 cards would be no biggy--for a 2 x 3 monitor set up. That would be perfect.
