I was looking to buy fans so i've looked at the best performance fan with no noise, I've seen plenty of video where some guy take noise of those AP-15 and the noise go over 50 db all the time, how can you explain that you's are under 40?

what kind of fans you looking for? Radiator fans, case fans etc..
