UPGRADE NUMBER 9
So my Full Tower finally arrived today. What an excitment I had. So let me get in to the action...
Here are few pictures before the assembly
Here are the comparision pictures between my old Haf 922 and my new Aerocool Predator
The interior of the case when it is empty
The above picture has been taken after placing, the motherboard, CPU, CPU cooler and the rear fan. The rear fan was optional so I mounted the 140mm 110cfm Akasa Viper Fan i bought few days ago. I listened to your advice and me and my friend, we took out the CPU cooler and the CPU. We cleaned the CPU cooler as it was full of DUST, removed the thermal paste oh the cooler and the CPU, and applied a COOLER MASTER thermal paste. Unfortunately that was the only thermal paste i could find. Then we put evreything back and this was the result
As you can see, this time I turned the CPU cooler counter clockwise, so that the hot air will be directly pushed to the rear fan which is a 110 cfm fan.
So far in my older setup my idle CPU temperatures were around 35, and now it is around 27. A definite WIN in my books. I will tell you the temperature in load after i game a little.
Below 2 more pictures before I installed the other components.
Below are pictures after I installed every other hardware, such as GPU and soundcard. We can call it the FINAL build.
And now the FINAL pictures after I inserted the side panels..
A picture from the read. The Red cable is a cable that comes with the case which you connect to the motherboards USB 3.0 input, so one of the USB inputs in the front of the case becomes USB 3.0... Very clever if you ask me
Below are 2 pictures that shows the interior very clearly and you can have a feeling of the air flow inside the case, as the spinning fans are easy to see.
Last but not, below are 2 pictures that shows how the case looks in dark. It looks much better than the pictures but the iphone camera didnt do a great job in the dark.
So for now thats it, but i will be telling you how the case feels, and its performance in the coming hours as i need to do some testing.
