What videos? Youtube videos? How does the jitter look?

mainly movies especially 24p material. flash and youtube videos are ok. i was under the impression that since 120hz is a multiple of 24, video playback should be smooth - also from what I've read over the net. It doesn't need any of those special tools like reclock and 5:5 pulldown settings, etc. it looks worse than playing PAL (25fps) movies on a 60hz hdtv especially on panning scenes. feels like stuttering when gaming, only with videos.
i read somewhere, from a fellow gtx680 owner who is experiencing the problem, that making the benq the primary display causes it while having multi display setup. when he assigned a regular 60hz monitor as primary, playback was smooth on the benq. that did not help me though. note that i haven't tried DP - i don't have the cable/coonverter yet. i only tried an HDMI cable but it only outputs max 60hz.

HDMI is likely your issue. I'm using the Samsung 120hz with the dual DVI cable and read that using HDMI with it can cause some issues.

Just ordered mine today. What settings would you guys recommend changing out of the box? I'll be doing nothing but gaming mostly.

Gamma 4 and lower brightness A LOT!

FPS modes are nice for gaming, but I promise you, they look weird for normal use. Assign a calibrated profile to button 1 on your remote and a gaming profile to button 2.

Does anyone else have an issue with the touch sensitive buttons intermittently blinking? They come on and go off at random intervals...

I've done a factory reset, and tried searching Google to no avail. rolleyes.gif

I find that if you move your hand (or any object) close to the buttons, as in a few inches, they light up.

Yeah, i'm more than 2 feet away from the controls... and nothing else is around them, and they still intermittently blink. mad.gif

I put in a support ticket, we'll see if they get back to me. Overall, I'm loving this monitor, but this blinking light business is seriously distracting...

I saw someone else on the forum had his constantly blink. It's not something you can fix AFAIK.
