The game I play is BF3 and skyrim I assume that it would play great on the benq...Also I keep hearing that the benq has ghosting? How is that even possible with 2MS response time and 120HZ I don't get that. My Asus PA248Q has 6MS response time and I see no ghosting at all..

Any TN has color shift. Brightness when moving up/down is most noticeable, but since it has a lot of adjustment options, you can always just adjust it to face you.
The BenQ technically has ghosting. All LCD's do. Your Asus has far more than the BenQ.

It does have a grainy look to it. Haven't tried any of the Dell IPS's so can't compare.

OK I got it from Amazon for $390 shipped. I am a prime member so I got 2 day free shipping. I'll give it a try. If I don't like it I can always return it and get a full refund and amazon pays for the shipping back as well.

Also how is 120HZ just for desktop use, web surfing etc? Is it that much more noticeable then 60HZ?

Not IMO. Most web content is 30 FPS (Youtube) and practically none of my usual desktop use requires a fast monitor.

Things I am most worried about are..

1. BackLight Bleed
2. Dead or stuck Pixels
3. Color uniformity and shift

well I am from an Hanns G h191A or something to a Asus 24" and than to this BenQ and The best for me so far is the BenQ. desktop and browsing use is noticeable from the 60hz panels games are flawless I have no stuck or dead pixel or colour bleeding.

Smooth, for example if i go on to my sisters computer as it is 60hz it is very sluggish however once i move to 120mhz BenQ its smooth as butter. ow and you get 3d Vision ow and nice controls and colours are good once calibrated

One thing. I use Adaptive Vsync in BF3 and it works perfect and I love it. Can I use that with a 120HZ monitor?
Yes Brother, Nvidia Drivers. Also you can do Half Refresh Rate V sync
