Z77X-UD5H Preview :) - Page 2

Well, looks of these boards are a big turn off ,at least for me..

It's like there are certain people in Gigabyte that are really working hard to mess up the product somehow, either trough flaky BIOS,boot loops or the looks..

Either way Gigabyte has nothing on Asus Z77 lineup, simply Asus has covered them self better in all areas and pricing levels..

Still I don't see what has Z77 brought to the table vs Z68 except for few more USB3 ports, this smells like X38 to X48 transition..

Maybe Z77 Gigabyte boards are much better than their Z68 counterparts but for other manufacturers such as Asus,Asrock etc Z77 is not that overwhelming compared to their Z68 models..

Either way great preview Sin, looking forward to a full review with benches and OC.. thumb.gif

And what Asus and Asrock have Gigabyte doesn't ?? and why u recommend Asrock if is allways bad and poor part quality and for Asus u just pay premium (like fancy heatsink) Gigabyte is still best u can get for price is just bad coz there is no UD7 which OC better then Asus top model

+1 smile.gif

Since I've been lucky so far not having boot loops with my Z68X-UD4, I might just wait until the price drop & find a good deal for one of these later in the year thinking.gif

I have tried this motherboard, but there was a big issue. The third x16 PCIe can't work when overclock the BCLK. Anyone found this?
