You're wrong... but at least we're making progress.

That is peak rating, it is(as I said) a 250W PSU(a very poor one too), it is a Pentium 4 era design(before 2003 when the -5v rail was removed from the ATX standard).. it will return below 60% efficiency(as I said) at loads above ~150W on 115v networks.

Your intended system will draw <400W at full load wink.gif

well it doesnt really matter anymore anyways. i already replaced it. to unoriginal sin you might be trying to be nice, but you sound like an arrogant a**hole. no offense wink.gif

If I were you..I will go for 850W..although its is quite overkill for your use but who knows, technology improve and you may need to do SLI/Cfire setup in the future to keep in track.. biggrin.gif just my 2 cents
