need some hose routing advise

first here is my specs: evga ftw3 board with 2 piece water block, i7 920 with heat killer, gtx580, 360 rad, 480 rad, primochill res, and a 655 pump. its all in a xspc h2 case. so board is upside down (video card is on top, cpu on bottom)
all will use 1/2x3/4 hose and compression fittings.
my issue is, i had planned to route it res - pump - 360 rad - cpu - volt reg - n/b block- 480 rad - 580gtx - res. it would of been the path i wanted to go. but when i got the mother board blocks the south/north bridge block does not have the ports like my classy block did, one port on each end. it has them side by side, next to the cpu. instead of being on the other side on the video card. so if i wanted to do less hose i would have to go from board block to 580 to 480 rad to res. not sure if your following me, but will the temps be effected much? i could go the way i wanted to go, but then the hose from the nb/sb would be almost a foot long and would loop around the video card.
the block looks like this 640
and my 480 rad is on top of the case. so if you flipped that board around the video card is right below the 480 rad. so i would have to loop around the card to get to the 480 rad. if i went the way i want to go. make sense now? here are some pics, but i dont have the board water blocks yet, they are on the way. but the pic i posted above here is what it looks like.700338700
i had a evga cassified with a ek block but it took a crap on me last week so i had to go back to square one.
