That's a Martin Kaffei article.. so calling it a review might be a stretch wink.gif

Here's a proper review.. and yeah, they're solid mainstream units that offer good value considering they're among the cheapest modular units you can buy.

It's not bad, but it's not the greatest. The +12V capacity is also a lot closer to a PSU that has an advertised capacity of 100W less.
