okay so i got my loop all set up and now that i no longer have my gtx 580 screaming at me i want to go quieter and my curent pump (a modded fountain pump) is the loudest thing in my PC what is something so quiet that i the 5400RPM 2 tb HDD i have would drowned its noise out?

oh if it matters i have a 480 RAD and about 3 high flow blocks will end up on this loop.

I have 3x D5's running right next to me and I can't hear them. I've only had one MCP-350 and it had a weird vibration, but it was an older one so I won't comment on those.

I like D5s, mounted properly they are very quiet.
One D5 will be plenty for your loop.

This is also a good choice

I have used the smaller version and it was the quietest pump I've used.
