Best there is. The RAM to get. I tried to stay within your budget earlier, but the G.Skill is excellent stuff.

Unless you have the 9500 already, I would recomend a different cooler. I am using my old 9500 with my 6700 system and at stock settings and only 1.186 vCore it loads at about 45-47c, my ambient is about 20-22c and my case has pleanty of airflow (2x 120mm intake, 3x 120mm exhaust).

You want a large, block style heatsink that can mount at least one 120mm fan that you can upgrade. The 9500 uses a 92mm open fan in a hollow tube design block......
