I believe the Planar is the best matte finish 120Hz monitor. The BenQ is only "slightly" better with input lag by a couple of milliseconds. The Planar beats it in ghosting/crosstalk and image quality according to reviews.
From what I've read the Asus is the best glossy.
There are no solid reviews on the Samsung panels that I know of.
Also, the Planar uses a Samsung panel with Planar firmware.

PRAD will have one May 7:

TBH, while his reply was very generalizing, your replies are biased as well. You're recommending a Planar monitor that you own yourself, but don't provide any proof of it's superiority. That's not to say you aren't right, I don't know as I haven't seen the Planar monitor myself, but your post isn't a whole lot better than his.
On the BenQ XL2420T,
TFT Central gets a delta E of 0.1 more than what
3DVision blog gets from the Planar.
PRAD recieves slightly worse results with the BenQ. Of course, since these tests aren't performed by the same people in the same way, the results aren't directly comparable, but it's worth noting. It could suggest that it's fairly unimportant which monitor you choose. Maybe someone wants DisplayPort or pivot function? The BenQ has that while the Planar doesn't. I also checked and the Planar isn't even available anywhere in Denmark which is another thing to consider. A lot of people outside the US won't be able to get the Planar whereas the BenQ is more widespread (although this isn't important to this specific thread).
