Does it really matter that the "New" ipad has a quadcore processor; because it only runs one application at a time. Isn't it KINDA pointless?

When did Apple say anything about framerate? They said they doubled the power of the GPU, and as far as I know that seems to be the case.

Were they wrong? No. Misleading? Probably.

This is not the case, many apps continue to run while not on screen. Also, I'm not sure about this, but couldn't some apps use multiple threads (internal apps at least, ones made by Apple).

Derp, welcome to 2007. You're just embarrassing yourself with ignorant statements like that. We've been running multiple apps before Android 1.0 even went public. Do you only use limited access accounts on Windows too?

The A5X did more than four times the Tegra 3 in OpenGL. What's so hard to understand? Works as advertised. The other benchmarks were CPU based. Can't believe how many people have no clue what Integer or Sunspider benchmarks mean... iPhone 5's A6 will bring an upgrade to the CPU later this year which will be put in the 2013 iPad.

He was probably talking about being able to concurrently use, or view, more then 1 application at a time. Not that hard to figure out...

Which we've been doing since 2007. Why is this so hard for you to figure out?

Aren't there some phones that will have Tegra 3?

Im sorry, I did not know that it was possible to have 2 Applications open side by side. (viewing them at the same time, using them at the same time.)

Running Angry birds on the left half of the screen and RAGE on the right? Um no. He said it can't run more than one app at a time. There's plenty of ways to run multiple apps at the same time. Customs roms that have it built in or Backgrounder for example.

Well how in the world do you actively use 2 apps at the same time then?
