Hey guys, I'm working on a new build with a i7 3930, but I'm having a problem picking out these 2 boards. I over clock, but not to the extreme! is it worth going for the most expensive one?

ASRock X79 Extreme9 LGA 2011 Intel X79 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

If i was getting X79 today and choose between both ASrock boards =>.Extreme6/GB would be my choice
you may want to consider X79-UD3 and P9X79 Pro
