And it costs less because it was 8GB, lol. Other than that it's pricing was on par with what it should of been if it were an updated model. If you bought the one branded 2g, you'd of paid even less, just because it said 2g and not 3g.

In regards to these two quotes, Nvidia and AMD do exactly the same with their lower end cards. They re-brand them once a new generation comes out.

This happens on a lot of things, things you have most probably invested in before and haven't even realised.

Again, this happens with a lot of things. This isn't exclusive to Apple, it's just more pronounced.

Android is the same, every single time a new phone comes out people rave about how the hardware is much better than an iPhone...indeed they are right. The only flaw in that stupid statement is that there are no new apps that these phones can take advantage of other than redundant and useless 'benchmarks', which kind of makes the hardware irrelevant. Yet everyone on this site loves the hardware in Android phones and eats it up like cotton candy.

Why must people insist that these follows are exclusive to Apple? It's just as ignorant as being an Apple sheep.

Did I say your name?

Is your name people?

The word 'people' is a generalisation. Care to get a dictionary and look it up?

I think he meant me wink.gif

I have never came across Android Fanboism on this forum. I can comment on what I want; I don't own either.

Genuinely I never meant anyone. It was purely a summation of the opinions I have read every time an Apple thread pops up. People seem to think that these things are exclusive to Apple, yet the entire world is dominated by brands. BMW are not a class leader in cars, some of their models (the 1 series) is riddled with electrical faults, yet you won't know many people who are actually aware of this. Ask the common man and they will say the BMW 1 series is an amazing car.

I can attest to the fact that OCN is riddled with Android fan boys (owner os a Galaxy SII here, although my previous phone was a 3GS). There are not many people on this site that actually speak objectively about Apple, in my experience.
