Core Voltage same as VDDC?

Yeah, a really stupid question huh? I thought they were the same thing but I guess I could be wrong, either that or my computer is just being stupid.

First of all, I'm running Afterburner 2.2.0 Beta 14 with RC11 drivers for my Sapphire HD7970. I have my Core Voltage in AB set to 1187mv with Forced constant voltage. On AB it reads it at a constant 1.187v in the graph thingy. Now when I use GPU-Z 0.6.0 it my VDDC fluctuates from 1.119v to 1.129v. So are these 2 things completely different things or is AB just not reliable at all?

Thanks!

vddc in gpu-z is the corevoltage and gpu-z must be refreshing faster than AB.

That's interesting. Because I have my Core Voltage set to 1.187v in AB. So my AB graph reads it at a constant 1.187v, never changing. My GPU-Z fluctuates like stated before but the max on the VDDC is 1.174v, which is the stock voltage. So is AB just pretending to change my voltage? Haha. I guess running 1150/1600 on stock voltage isn't too bad then.
