Im assuming its on console? If its within the specified return period that amazon allows for change of mind they cant really say no can they?

I've heard about this happening in the UK. If a consumer finds a product to be "defective", the retailer has to refund their money.

I really liked the game despite the awful ending.
The whole game was really dark, especially the ending, but I wouldn't go as far as to call it "soul crushing".
