honestly i only bought it as a momentary cpu for my build. Im planning on upgrading to a 2700k when the new ivy bridge comes out and i7 has a better price value. i didnt know it was more of a workstation/server "kind" cpu. it makes sense why the stock cooler had no copper on the heatsink where the thermal paste is spread. thanks for the feed back guys...

the cpu was like 25 bills... i just bought it for the moment. i wanted to wait off for the new i7 or when the price drops and hits the sweet spot the 2700k.

lol.. i figured as much. I googled it and saw the avg price at less than $50.. had to be "Well, i'll just throw this in there for the moment" wink.gif
