Ideal Server room/closet spec

Hey

Here at work we are soon to be moving office and im tasked with sorting out all the IT and such. but i am not 100% on the ideal specs for a server room but below is what i have thought of so far

Redundant aircon and some kind of temperature monitoring
2x32A circuits
Space for 2 42U Racks (one would be used, other would be for expansion as company grows) and by space i mean like 50cm around the front, side and back for getting access
Wall Mounted Rack for data/patch panels
Some kind of fire supression?
Secure locking door (we dont expect breaks ins or such its just to prevent people using the area other than myself for IT maintenance)
Lots of cable management

As a note this would be going into an already constructed office, i am just able to get part of it partitioned off into server area as we are unable to use "communal" office data comm's rooms due to security

The space would currently have to hold 4 24port patch panels, 3x24 port Switches, 2x24 port Phone panels (would go onto the wall) 4 servers, 1 phone system (which is basically just a really low spec server), UPS for the gear above, any remaining network gear ie routers, modems etc and then have some space for storing ie spare monitors, thin clients and the like.

Can anyone think of the little things i may have overlooked or missed etc?

Have you figured out the airflow for the room/closet? It's not important for the switches or patch panels, but it is very important for the servers. It's more important there is air flow than the actual temp. of the air.

Was pondering just having two vents in the door with two low speed fans so there is some airflow and then the aircon unit would be blowing air around to an extent.

Currently we just have a small closet that has an aircon unit and a door with a vent in it and all the temperature is fine just lack of actual airflow

AirCon for two 42U racks? Drop that and get more air flow. It'll be cheaper to run that per month.

Your servers do NOT need to be sitting at 60-70F. Let the CPUs get up to 50C. There won't be any issues.

then its just shifting the hot air airflow into the office space which then means the office area aircon works harder and we get hot/cold spots in the office space making them work harder so not really a month saver. and i can just set the aircon higher so the room runs at higher temp

and its currently only 4 servers and the room is set to 23c which results in er temperatures that are acceptable. reason being behind having the two 42U racks is allowing for ALOT of expansion, just after move we will only have the one 42U and only about 20U in use
